A quiet pursuit of enduring value.
Landblaze Limited was founded on a single conviction — that land, well chosen and well stewarded, remains one of the truest stores of value a family can hold.
Built for the long horizon.
We began in Abeokuta with a small parcel, a careful survey, and a promise to a handful of families. Six years later, that promise still governs everything we do — from the plots we acquire in Alabata and Kobape, to the estates we are quietly assembling along the Moniya and Ido-Eruwa corridors of Ibadan.
Landblaze is not a marketplace. We are a house — a small team of surveyors, planners, relationship managers, and community stewards, working under a single roof to make Nigerian land ownership feel honest, structured, and permanent.
Our clients are professionals, diaspora Nigerians, and families building inter-generational holdings. They come to us because we say no more often than we say yes, and because when we say yes, we mean it in writing.
Four principles, quietly held.
Verified Title
Every estate is acquired with government-recognised documentation and a chain of ownership we can defend line by line.
Investment Discipline
We do not chase trends. Locations are selected against a matrix of infrastructure, appreciation, and long-term liveability.
Structured Access
Ownership is designed around real Nigerian incomes — deposits, installment horizons, and diaspora-friendly programmes.
Enduring Craft
From master-planning to gate design and infrastructure phasing, our estates are engineered for generations, not seasons.
A steady, deliberate build.

Bliss Estate handover and diaspora programme launch.
Ogun and Oyo — for now.
We only build where our team can walk the land. Today that means the Abeokuta and Ibadan corridors — the two most quietly appreciating markets in South-Western Nigeria.
